The types Services offered to
REALTORs and Agents are similar to those for the home owner.
The Stage Coach is looking to develop partnerships
with Real Estate Professionals looking to add Home Staging to
their marketing plan. By including an Accredited Staging
Professional in the preparation of the home being listed, you
will find that the homes sell faster than those where you would
not use the help.
Most times, owners see
no issue with the way that they live. If you simply refer
your clients to a home stager, odds are 50/50 that they will
even attempt to make contact. And even less that they will
accept that they need help, and make an appointment. To
simplify, if you contract The Stage Coach to visit the home for
a Consultation, we will make contacting the owners a priority
and schedule a visit as quickly as possible. Then while we work with the owners to
clean, declutter, and prepare the home for sale, you put your
marketing and advertising plan into action to get buyers into their home.

Services Available:

The Home Staging Evaluation Consultation - Or
just call it a Consultation. The Stage Coach comes out to
the home and goes room to room with the owners and/or
REALTOR® discussing each room and what attention is
required. Pictures are usually taken, and it is advised the
client take notes. This visit usually lasts about an hour.
Additionally, a Home Staging Evaluation Report Card will be
provided after completion outlining condition and “show
quality” of the home. As part of the Consultation, we will
offer price quotations for small home repairs, basic Staging
Services, and furnishing rentals when appropriate.

The Written
Consultation - Starting with a Consultation visit,
there will then be a follow up visit for review of the
written document. Pictures and notes are taken, and are used
for creating a written plan to prepare the home for sale.
The Written Consultation starts around ten pages and
includes a room by room outline with a prioritized punch
list of actions needed to be taken to prepare the home for
sale. Also included is a Home Staging Evaluation Report
Card. As part of the Home Staging Plan, we will offer price
quotations for small home repairs, basic Staging help, and
furnishing rentals when appropriate. This option is a great
tool for the D.I.Y. crowd who may have the ability, but lack
the vision. Click

On Site Staging
- On Site Staging services are available only after one of
our consultations is performed. Services can be purchased in
blocks and are available starting at two hours. The work
provided would depend up the home and the focus areas which
would be outlined in the consultation. At this point, we can
perform any thing from cleaning and decluttering, to
painting and small home repairs, and of course, Staging with
your furniture and accents or ours. On Site Staging is only
available to customers after either the Home Staging
Evaluation Consultation or The Written Consultation has been
performed.

Vacant Home
Staging - In many cases, some homes are sitting
vacant waiting for the right buyer. Whether a Builder has
constructed a house on speculation, a contract falls
through, or your rental property has come available, Vacant
homes can sit empty for months. As few as 10% of home buyers
can visualize and feel what the home will become. As most
home buying decisions are emotional, empty properties do
little to move the emotions of buyers. That is where The
Stage Coach comes in: by adding the necessary warmth with
some nice furnishings and accents, we fill the void in the
buyer's imagination, pull at their emotions a little, and
allow them to view the space as the home it will become. Please see our
