For the Advanced Stage Coaching Service, The Stage Coach comes
out for 1hr visit and goes from room to room taking pictures and
notes to be used for creating a written Home Staging Game Plan
to prepare the home for sale. This written plan starts around
fifteen pages and includes a detailed analysis of the home,
inside and out, and room by room. Think of it as a picture based
outline with a prioritized punch list of actions needed to be
taken to maximize the appeal and show quality of the home. As
part of the Home Staging Game Plan, we will offer price
quotations for small home repairs, basic Home Staging Services,
and furnishing rentals when appropriate. The report is delivered
electronically with optional Follow Up visits available. |
