The Free Staging Program is open to residential home owners in the Austin Metro Area.  The program offers a No Charge Home Staging Evaluation Consultation  and, in some cases, additional follow up Home Staging Services as well.  The visit usually lasts an hour or so, and is a room by room discussion that will include Staging Tips and Tricks for maximizing the appeal of your home. 

Remember: People will FIND your home Logically: Location + Price + School District + Good Photos.  But the PURCHASE of your home is made Emotionally.  Staging helps your home appeal to a broader range of buyers and seeks to satisfy the emotional needs of the potential buyer.
